How to Configure an Email Signature in Different Outlook Versions
Below are the step-by-step instructions for setting up an email signature in different versions of Microsoft Outlook:
For Outlook 2013
- Open Outlook 2013 on your computer.
- Click on the “File” tab in the top menu.
- Select “Options” from the dropdown menu.
- In the “Options” window, choose “Mail”.
- In the “Compose messages” section, locate the “Signatures” button.
- Click “Signatures” and enter your desired email signature.
- Click “OK” to save the changes.
For Outlook 2016
- Open Outlook 2016 on your computer.
- Click on the “File” tab in the top menu.
- Select “Options” from the dropdown menu.
- In the “Options” window, go to “Mail”.
- Under “Compose messages”, find and click “Signatures”.
- Enter your email signature and format it as needed.
- Click “OK” to confirm and save changes.
